07/08 Training Times
Tuesday: 5:30 - 7:00 (Outdoor Mardyke)
Wednesday: 5:00 - 6:30 (Outdoor Mardyke)
Thursday: 4:30 - 5:45 (Mardyke Hall 3)
Weekend : Random Games.
Bi-Weekly: Outdoor training in the farm
Outdoor
- Outdoor sessions are generally half drills and half games.
- Midweek sessions take place on the Astroturf pitch at the Mardyke Arena. Click here for maps
- Bring plenty of water
- In the winter it's usually a good idea to bring a tracksuit as it gets quite cold by the river
- Runners are fine but astro-shoes are definitely better and safer.
Indoor
- Indoor sessions are usually about a 15 minute warm-up/trow around followed by a game for the remaining 45mns.
- Indoor sessions take place in the Mardyke Arena. Click here for maps

Track
- Track sessions last about an hour and comprise of about a 15 minute warm up, 40 minute drill and a warm down.
- Sessions vary each week, between long runs, speed work, fartlak and various other drills.
- All levels of fitness are catered for and there's usually a mixture of training sessions depending on fitness levels and injuries

Weekends
- Weekend games vary from week to week depending on who's around, where we can play, and what tournaments people are at.
- Check the Message Board or get on the Contact List to find out when are where we're playing.
- Weekend games vary between the G.A.A pitch next to the Mardkye Arena, Deerpark and Connaught Avenue. Click here for maps
